Keith E. Hernandez
Keith Hernandez has been a professional planner since 1994. He has worked as a GIS analyst and a transportation planner for the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments and as a Principal City Planner for the City of Detroit. He holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University and a M.P.A from the University of Michigan. He is currently the City Planner and the Deputy Director of the Community Planning and Development Department for the City of Kalamazoo, MI.
